The Alpha Partner App is a dedicated mobile app for distributors, installer companies, installers and other partners. It helps you:

• Assign separate accounts to administrators, installers and other roles within your organisation — this avoids shared accounts, improves management accuracy and reduces security risks.
• Carry out installation, after-sales service and device commissioning.
• Use digital services such as organisation management, online communication, installation guidance and an online shop.

Where to Start

This manual follows the actual workflow — read it in order, or jump straight to the function you need:

1. Complete Registration (Installation Partner Organisation Registration) and Login (Account Login and Workspace Selection) first.
2. When installing a device for the first time, read Standalone Installation.
3. If you need to configure a parallel system, go on to Parallel Installation.
