island-tropicalAway Mode

When you are away for several days or weeks, the system will automatically keep the storage device at a higher reserve level to extend device life and ensure safety.

How Away Mode Works

  • After you set your away date, the system records your current battery level and operating configuration

  • During the away period, the system will limit unnecessary discharging and reserve a fixed proportion of battery capacity as backup (typically 50%)

  • A higher backup level will significantly reduce battery cycling, thereby protecting the equipment and household safety

  • After the return date arrives, the system will automatically restore the settings from before you left

Use scenarios

  • Traveling abroad or on long business trips

  • No home energy optimization needed, only want the device to "run safely and worry-free"

You only need to set it once; everything else is handled automatically.

Tip: When the backup level is increased, available energy decreases, and the system may draw power from the grid and incur costs. Please choose the balance that suits you best.
