Profits
Profit is the core reference for the economic performance of the storage system. By entering real tariff policies, the system converts complex tariff structures into intuitive profit displays.
Profits
Every kWh saved and produced is an investment in the future. The profits module converts complex energy data into intuitive economic indicators, using dynamically refreshed cards and charts to let you monitor the power plant's financial performance in real time.
Profit Metrics Explanation
Total Profit: Measures the comprehensive economic value created by the PV power plant. It is composed of self-consumption savings and feed-in revenue, and is calculated in real time for the time period you select (day, month, year).
Self-consumption Savings: Represents the expenses you avoid by using self-generated green electricity instead of expensive grid power. The system accurately matches self-consumed energy in different periods with the corresponding purchase prices to reconstruct the most realistic savings statement.
Feed-in Revenue: Records direct income generated by selling excess electricity back to the grid. By aggregating the sell-back amounts across periods, every kWh exported to the grid is clearly monetized.
Profit Distribution Trend
With the stacked profit bar chart, you can visually compare the share and variation of each profit component:
Self-consumption (Savings): Visually shows cost optimization brought by green energy self-sufficiency.
Feed-in (Revenue): Clearly tracks the contribution of exported electricity to profits.

Utility Rate Settings
Accurately configuring the "Utility Rates" is a prerequisite for profit calculation. The system will use the buy and sell prices you enter to present the most accurate asset report.
Billing Parameter Definitions
Maximum Demand Control:Set the maximum power limit stipulated in the grid contract.
Time-of-Use Pricing Plan:Supports flexible pricing schemes defined by season. You can divide the year into different monthly intervals per local grid requirements and configure dedicated billing logic for each interval.

Time Period and Price Configuration
You can finely divide a 24-hour day into five tiers, and the system will automatically execute accordingly
Peak/High periods: high-price periods.
Shoulder/Off-peak/Deep-off-peak periods: low-price periods.
Flexible and precise settings: each period can be associated with specific weekdays. Whether it’s weekday production peaks or weekend low demand, differentiated management is achievable.

Intelligent Configuration Validation
To ensure policy rigor, the system will automatically execute the following protection logic when saving settings:
Period Uniqueness: Seasons and periods must not overlap, ensuring each minute maps to a single price and avoiding logical conflicts.
Capacity Redundancy: Supports up to 120 custom period settings, sufficient to handle various complex power scheduling rules worldwide.
Tip: When setting rates, be sure to verify the latest tariffs on your electricity bill.
