During switching

To ensure all users can smoothly and safely transition to the new-generation app, AlphaESS will adopt a phased and gradual upgrade strategy.

• The old version of the app will remain available during the transition period

• Data and core functions between the old and new systems will remain continuous

• The switching process is based on “no impact on existing usage” as the highest priority

Switching process:

• After completing thorough preparations, we will gradually switch users' app versions to the new version. If your device has been migrated, you will receive the following prompt on your phone.

• After tapping Confirm, you can use the new version of the app.

• Don't worry, all switches will be completed by Q1 2026 .

Notes

• If your device is migrated to the new version, the corresponding web app will also be updated to the new version. You can still log in using cloud.alphaess.com and we will automatically redirect you to the new platform. If the redirect fails, you can manually try logging in using portal.alphaess.com .

• Before the final switch is completed, your device will appear asoffline, but rest assured, your data will not be lost. We will complete data merging and fixes when the final switch is done. During this period, if your device experiences faults and requires installer support, we will provide the necessary assistance to the installer.
