During Switch

To ensure all users can transition smoothly and securely to the next-generation App, AlphaESS will adopt a phased, gradual upgrade strategy.

• The old version of the App will remain available during the transition period

• Data and core functions between the old and new systems will remain continuous

• The switching process is to "not affect existing use" as the highest priority

Switching process:

• After completing sufficient preparations, we will gradually switch users' App versions to the new version. If your device has been migrated, you will receive the following notification on your phone.

• After clicking confirm, you can use the new version of the App.

• Don't worry, all switches will be completed by 2026Q1 .

Notes

• If your device is migrated to the new version, the corresponding web application will also be updated to the new version. You can still use cloud.alphaess.com to log in, and we will automatically redirect you to the new platform. If the redirection fails, you can manually try using portal.alphaess.com to log in.

• Before the final switch is completed, your device will appear asoffline , but rest assured, your data will not be lost. We will complete data merging and repairs when the final switch is completed. During this period, if your device experiences a malfunction and requires the installer’s support, we will provide the necessary support to the installer.
