Create an AlphaESS account
Before using AlphaESS, you need to create an account
Open the App and tap Register
enter your email address and complete verification
set a login password
log in to the App and start using it
One account can manage multiple homes or sites; if you have multiple locations and multiple AlphaESS devices, you do not need to register multiple accounts.

View homes and devices
After successful login, you can view your homes and devices.
In most cases, the installer has completed installation and binding of the device.
On the home page, view the energy storage systems that are running in the home.
Tap "Home Management" to adjust your home information.
Common exceptions
Device is bound to another account — please contact the current owner of the device or your installer for assistance
Invalid serial number — please confirm the serial number on the system and check that the input is correct
Network and connectivity requirements
To ensure stable data synchronization, the device needs to be connected to the Internet.
Wired network (LAN) or Wi‑Fi is supported
It is recommended to use a stable home network
When the network is abnormal, the following may occur:
Device shows as offline
Data updates are delayed or cannot refresh
May affect third‑party dispatch services (see VPP or other dispatch)

Initial status check
After completing device binding, it is recommended to perform a simple check:
Whether the home status is shown as online
Whether real‑time power data can be seen on the home page
If the status is abnormal, it is recommended to contact your installer for inspection first.
