Binding with Integrated Devices
After successful login, click the "+" button in the top right corner on the home page or device list page. There are a total of 2 supported methods for adding devices:
Scan QR Code
You can click the "Scan" button in the pop-up window, scan the QR code/barcode on the side of the device according to the instructions on the APP page to complete the device network configuration and binding. If binding cannot be successfully achieved in this step, you can also jump to the "Bluetooth Search" page according to the prompt content to add the device.
Devices supported for binding in this way: S-OW2000、SMeter-RS06,SPlug-EC02
During the device binding process, please ensure that the device is powered on and waiting for network configuration.
Please ensure that the home/public network you are using can access the Internet normally
After the device is bound, there will be a device status check for about 30 seconds. Please wait patiently.
If it prompts that the device is already bound, please first unbind the device from the original home energy system.
Bluetooth & WIFI Direct
You can click the "Add Device" button in the pop-up window and complete the binding by Bluetooth search according to the instructions on the APP page; if the device cannot be found via Bluetooth search, you can also choose the WIFI direct connection method to attempt binding.
Devices supporting Bluetooth pairing: VT1000, S-OW2000, ZVB2000, P1 Meter, Smart Plug,SMeter-RS06,SPlug-EC02
During the device binding process, please ensure that the device is powered on and waiting for network configuration.
Please ensure that the home/public network you are using can access the Internet normally
