Commissioning C&I systems (H Series and TB Series) via Partner app is not supported now, we will try to provide this on Partner app soon.

This instruction applies to: STORION-H30/50-G2/G3; STORION-LC-TB125;

To install industrial & commercial systems, please follow the steps below on our web platform:

1. Log In & Create a Power Station

   1. Navigate to the dedicated installation page: https://cni.alphaess.com/login .

   2. Log in with your account credentials.

   3. From the left navigation pane, go to Basic Settings > Station System Management.

   4. On the Installation of Power Stations page, fill in the required station information and click Save to submit.

1. Register & Bind the End-User

   1. If you want to register for end-user, after the previous step, log out of your current account.

   2. On the login page, select Register.

   3. During registration, ensure User Type is set to End-user and complete all required fields for this type.

   4. Submit the registration. This completes the binding between the end-user account and the system.

   
2. Post-Installation Verification

   1. Installer: After logging into your own account, you can view this system's status in the Station List.

   2. End-User: After logging into the newly created account, the system status will also be visible in the Station List.
