Installation
Select the "System" category at the bottom of the screen, then click on "New installation" on the page, and finally click "Install system" to start commissioning.
The app now offers a revamped commissioning procedure and a built-in self-test function for select system models, seamlessly guiding users through the process. It automatically detects the system type and intelligently skips the self-test if incompatible.

Step 1: System Network Configuration
The app will display a scanning frame. Please scan the QR code or barcode on the side of the system. The system will automatically recognize the system’s SN and Checkcode. You can click "How to find" to view an example.

Select your installation identity for this setup. Once the installation is successful, the system will be bound to the organization account you choose, allowing you to access system data. If you have not yet joined an organization, you can enter the organization’s license to proceed with the installation.

Step 1.1 Bluetooth Configuration
If the system supports Bluetooth connection, the system will automatically attempt to connect via Bluetooth. Once successfully connected, it will proceed to the next step.

Select the home router's name and enter the correct password to connect.
Wait for the system to connect to the network, then click "Next" to proceed.
Step 1.2 WiFi Configuration
If the system supports hotspot connection, the system will automatically attempt to connect to the hotspot. Once successfully connected, it will proceed to the next step.
If the system does not support automatic hotspot connection, please follow the instructions to manually complete the WiFi Direct connection.
Select the home router's name and enter the correct password to connect.

Wait for the system to connect to the network, then switch to mobile data or home WiFi as instructed.
If using a wired connection, you can determine whether the network cable is properly connected based on the on-screen prompts.

Step 2: Parameter Configuration
On this screen, the system will attempt to connect to the cloud and come online.
During this process, you can proceed to fill in the Basic Information and Parameter Settings.

Step 2.1: Basic Information
After granting location access, the system will automatically fill in the country and time zone. Please complete any other missing information. The example below is for Netherlands.
System Name: Used to enter system remarks. After system commissioning is complete, you can view these remarks in the system list.
Quick Account Setup for End User: Upon entering a user's email address, the backend will automatically register an account for that end user and send them an email. The email will include account activation instructions, the user manual, and the app download link.

We might improve the experience of installation, therefore this might be some changes on this screen. Follow the instructions on the app for the latest instructioin.
Step 2.2: System Parameter Settings
Fill in the parameter information correctly based on the actual conditions.

Step 3: Information Confirmation
Now you can confirm all the settings before submit it.
Once you have completed all the parameters, you can click "Export Config as Image" to review a summary of your settings and export it as an image file.

Step 4: Firmware Upgrade
If a new firmware version is detected, you can choose to upgrade the software version.

The mandatory upgrade will not be able to be skipped. We recommand to upgrade all the firmware.
Step 5: Self-Testing
Before concluding the installation, a self-test must be conducted to ensure the system is operating normally.
The Self-Testing screen will only be displayed when the system hardware and firmware support the self-testing. We will keep improving the self-testing features, please follow the instructions on the app.

You will see the system wiring diagram in landscape mode. Clicking the yellow arrow on the right will reveal the specific PV and grid data.

If an error is detected during the check, it will be marked with a red circle at the corresponding position. Clicking on this red error marker will display the error details and its solution.

If there are no errors, it will display "No errors detected". Click "Completed" to end the self-test.
