# During the transition period

To ensure all users can transition smoothly and safely to the next-generation app, AlphaESS will adopt a phased and gradual migration strategy.

* The old version of the app will remain available during the transition period
* Data and core functions between the old and new systems will remain continuous
* The migration process will take "**no impact on existing usage**" as the highest priority

Migration process:

* After we complete sufficient preparation, we will gradually migrate users’ app versions to the new version. If your device has been migrated, you will receive the following prompt on your phone.\

* After clicking Confirm, you can use the new version of the app.
* Don’t worry, all migrations will be completed **2026Q2** before.

Notes

* If your device is migrated to the new version, the corresponding web application will also be updated to the new version. You can still use  [cloud.alphaess.com](https://cloud.alphaess.com) to log in, and we will automatically redirect you to the new platform. If the redirection fails, you can manually try using  [portal.alphaess.com](https://portal.alphaess.com) to log in.
* Before the final migration is completed, your device will be displayed as**offline**, but rest assured that your data will not be lost. We will complete data merging and repair when the final migration is finished. During this period, if your device malfunctions and requires installer support, we will provide the installer with the necessary support.
