### Battery Calibration

Used to make the battery charge display more accurate. Suitable for systems that have not been fully charged/discharged for a long time. The home page will display the "Next Calibration Time" so you can check the current policy status at any time.<br>

**How to Adjust Battery Calibration Settings**

Master switch: Calibration can only be configured after it is turned on. Calibration method: AlphaESS provides flexible battery calibration settings

* Calibrate Now: Manually control the calibration behavior. After clicking Start, the system will immediately perform one complete calibration. You can click Stop at any time to interrupt the process.
* Cycle Calibration: If enabled, the system will automatically perform calibration according to the cycle you set (for example, once every 3 days).
* Scheduled Calibration: Select a future time point, and the system will automatically complete the next calibration.

{% hint style="info" %}
Tip:

* If cycle or scheduled calibration is enabled, the system will run automatically according to the schedule you set.
* The calibration process takes some time, so please do it when the power load is low.
  {% endhint %}

### Power Support

After it is enabled, the system will provide extra support during short-term voltage fluctuations or minor disturbances, making device operation more stable. In most scenarios, the system's default settings can be kept.\ <br>

### Diesel Generator Settings

Used to connect and manage a diesel generator. After it is enabled, the energy storage system will work with the diesel generator to provide backup power or high-load support.

**How to Adjust Diesel Generator Settings**

The rated power and frequency settings of the diesel generator are not affected by the generator status. These parameters can still be set even when the diesel generator option is turned off. The settings for Control Mode and output mode are only available when the generator option is enabled.

* Available Control Mode: SOC Control, time control, or manual control.
* Available output modes: battery charging power mode or diesel generator rated power mode.

### AUX Settings

AUX is a passive switch with two states: closed and open. There is no polarity between the contacts. This function is designed to control whether the contacts close or open under set conditions, thereby achieving the effect of turning a load on or off.

**How to Adjust AUX Settings**

Before starting the setup, make sure the AUX contacts are correctly wired.

* Click the AUX contact channel to select channel 1 or channel 2. Up to two devices can be controlled. (Some models have only one channel, so only one device can be controlled.)
* The AUX contacts can be set to "Normally Open" or normally closed mode. When using this function, please select a channel and click the "ON" button to enable that channel.
  * Click "Control Mode" to set the function mode. AUX contacts provide three modes: on, off, auto
  * When "Control Mode On" is selected, the Normally Open contact will close during the set time period. Outside the time period, the Normally Open contact remains open. If no time period is set, this function will be invalid.
  * When Control Mode is set to OFF, the normally closed contact will open during the set time period. Outside the time period, the normally closed contact remains closed. If no time period is set, this function will be invalid.
  * When Control Mode AUTO is selected, the Normally Open and normally closed contacts will be triggered according to the SOC Control and switch settings.

Tip: The functions shown on this page may vary by model. Please refer to the actual device.

### Grid Feed-in Control

Grid Feed-in Control is a function used to manage the excess electricity from photovoltaic power generation and energy storage discharge being sent to the grid (i.e., selling electricity). It can help avoid grid-connection violations, fines, and other issues, while also supporting users in setting feed-in-related parameters to maximize收益.
