### 创建 AlphaESS 账号

使用 AlphaESS 之前，需要先创建一个账号

* 打开 App，点击 **注册**
* 输入邮箱地址并完成验证
* 设置登录密码
* 登录 App，开始使用

一个账号即可管理多个家庭或站点，如果您有多个地点和多台AlphaESS设备，无需重复注册账号。

### 查看家庭与设备

登录成功后即可查看您的家庭与设备。

* 大多数情况下，设备已由安装人员完成安装和绑定。
* 在首页查看家庭中已在运行的储能系统。
* 点击"家庭管理"，可以调整您的家庭信息。

**常见异常情况**

* 设备已被其他账号绑定 请联系设备当前持有人或您的安装商协助处理
* 序列号无效 请确认系统机身上的序列号并检查输入是否正确

### 网络与连接要求

为了确保数据能够稳定同步，设备需要连接互联网。

* 支持有线网络（LAN）或 Wi-Fi
* 建议使用稳定的家庭网络

网络异常时，可能会出现以下情况：

* 设备显示为离线
* 数据更新延迟或无法刷新
* 会影响三方调度服务（请参见VPP或其他调度）

### 初始状态检查

完成设备绑定后，建议进行一次简单检查：

* 家庭状态是否显示为 <mark style="color:green;">**在线**</mark>
* 首页是否可以看到实时功率数据
