Please go to App Store or Google Play Download the AlphaESS App and log in to your account to get started.
This document is based on AlphaESS app v7 and later versions. If your version differs from what is described in this document, please wait for AlphaESS to gradually push the upgrade, for details see the new AlphaESS app.

Create an AlphaESS account
Before using AlphaESS, you need to create an account first
Open the app and tap Register
Enter your email address and complete verification
Set a login password
Log in to the app and get started
One account can manage multiple homes or sites. If you have multiple locations and multiple AlphaESS devices, there is no need to register separate accounts.



View Home and Devices
After logging in successfully, you can view your homes and devices.
In most cases, the device has already been installed and bound by the installer.
View the energy storage systems running in your home on the home page.
Tap "Home Management" to adjust your home information.

Common exceptions
The device has already been bound to another account. Please contact the current holder of the device or your installer for assistance.
Invalid serial number. Please confirm the serial number on the system unit and check whether the input is correct.
Network and connectivity requirements
To ensure stable data synchronization, the device needs to be connected to the internet.
Supports wired network (LAN) or Wi-Fi
A stable home network is recommended
When the network is abnormal, the following may occur:
The device is shown as offline
Data updates are delayed or cannot be refreshed
It will affect third-party dispatch services (see VPP or other dispatching)

Initial status check
After completing device binding, it is recommended to perform a simple check:
whether the home status is displayed as online
whether real-time power data can be seen on the home page
If the status is abnormal, it is recommended to contact your installer first for inspection.
