# registratie en inloggen

### Nieuw account registreren

Het registratieproces van de Partner APP bestaat uit drie stappen. Nadat de registratie is voltooid, maakt het systeem automatisch een installateursorganisatie aan.

#### Kies land of regio

1. Klik op de inlogpagina op **Registreren**.
2. Ga naar de pagina voor land- of regiokeuze.
3. Zoek het gewenste land op de volgende manieren:
   * **Lijst scrollen**: Blader alfabetisch.
   * **Zoeken**: Voer bovenaan trefwoorden in om snel te filteren.
4. Rechts staat een A–Z-alfabetindex.
5. Nadat u het gewenste land hebt gekozen, gaat het systeem automatisch naar de volgende stap.

Voor sommige landen wordt bovendien een pagina voor selectie van deelstaat of territorium getoond.

Bijvoorbeeld: Australië toont opties zoals Western Australia en NSW.

#### Organisatiegegevens invullen

Ga naar **Organisatie** pagina, vul de volgende gegevens in.

**Adresgegevens**

Organisaties van het type Distributor en Retailer worden aangemaakt door de AlphaESS-beheerder.

APP-registratie is alleen van toepassing op Installatiepartner.

#### Beheerdersaccount aanmaken

Ga naar **Account** Na de pagina:

1. Voer in **E-mail**.
2. Klik op **Verzenden** De verificatiecode wordt verzonden.
3. Voer in **Verificatiecode**.
4. Vink aan dat u akkoord gaat met de voorwaarden en het privacybeleid.
5. Klik op **Verzenden** Dien de registratie in.

#### Registratie geslaagd

Na het indienen wordt de volgende informatie weergegeven:

* **Organisatie**: bedrijfsnaam
* **Type**: Installatiepartner
* **License**: automatisch uitgegeven
* **Uw rol**: beheerder

Klik op **Ga naar inloggen** Ga terug naar de inlogpagina.

Bij registratie wordt geen wachtwoord ingesteld.

Gebruik bij de eerste login de verificatiecode-methode.

### Inloggen

Inloggen ondersteunt twee methoden.

#### Inloggen met wachtwoord

1. Voer uw e-mail in en klik op **Volgende**.
2. Nadat het systeem het account heeft geverifieerd, gaat u naar de wachtwoordpagina.
3. Voer het wachtwoord in.
4. Optioneel aanvinken **Onthoud mij**.
5. Klik op **OK** Inloggen.

#### Inloggen met verificatiecode

1. Klik op de wachtwoordpagina op **Inloggen met code**.
2. Het systeem stuurt de verificatiecode naar het geregistreerde e-mailadres.
3. Voer de verificatiecode in en klik op **OK**.

* Klik op **Wijzigen** U kunt van account wisselen.
* Klik op **Wachtwoord vergeten** U kunt het wachtwoord opnieuw instellen.
* Rechtsboven kunt u de taal van de APP wijzigen.
