# Download en installeer de app

Alpha Partner APP wordt gebruikt door installateurs en partners voor accountbeheer, apparaatinstallatie, inbedrijfstelling, zelftest en verwerking van service tickets.

Deze handleiding is opgebouwd volgens het daadwerkelijke gebruiksproces. Je kunt vanaf registratie beginnen lezen, of direct naar de gewenste functie springen.

### APP downloaden

AlphaESS Partner App is een exclusieve mobiele app voor distributors, installatiebedrijven, installateurs en andere partners.

Het ondersteunt het toewijzen van afzonderlijke accounts aan beheerders, installateurs en andere organisatierollen. Zo wordt het delen van accounts voorkomen, verbetert de beheernauwkeurigheid en worden veiligheidsrisico's verlaagd.

AlphaESS Partner App kan je helpen bij installatie, after-sales service en apparaat inbedrijfstelling.

Het biedt ook digitale diensten zoals organisatiemanagement, online communicatie, installatiebegeleiding en een online winkel.

### Gebruiksaanwijzing

* Voltooi eerst [registratie en inloggen](/alpha-partner/alpha-partner-nl/getstarted/reg.md) en voer daarna de apparaatinstallatie uit.
* Lees bij de eerste apparaatinstallatie eerst [Installatie (Bluetooth)](/alpha-partner/alpha-partner-nl/installation/install-ble.md).
* Als u het installatie resultaat wilt controleren, ga verder met [Inbedrijfstelling en zelftest](/alpha-partner/alpha-partner-nl/installation/commissioning.md).

### Overzicht van de APP-startpagina

Na inloggen ga je naar **Overzicht** startpagina. Onderaan zijn drie navigatietabs:

* **Overzicht**：bekijk apparaatstatistieken en sneltools
* **Service**：ga naar het servicecentrum voor het afhandelen van klachten en productdocumentatie
* **Account**：ga naar accountinstellingen en profielbeheer

Startpagina **Sneltools** biedt drie veelgebruikte ingangen:

* **Apparaat installeren**：een nieuw apparaat installeren
* **Wi‑Fi Direct**：het apparaat via Wi‑Fi Direct met het netwerk verbinden
* **Parallel systeem**：parallelle systemen beheren
