# 账户和组织

由于技术升级，App内部分组织账号功能暂时不可用。如因权限限制无法安装新系统等问题，请联系 AlphaESS 客服热线。

如果您没有安装公司的管理员账号，则需要先创建一个。

**如果您已经有 AlphaESS 安装商账号，** 可以直接登录，并跳转至 [安装](/alpha-partner-legacy/alpha-partner-app-manual-zh/ji-chu/installation.md) 部分。系统将自动为您创建组织，且您的账号将成为该组织的管理员。如果您已有 License 但没有 AlphaESS 账号，请选择“注册 - 注册为新公司”。

Alpha Partner App 已升级账号体系，如您的组织中有多个安装人员，则无需共享账号。

### 注册为公司

选择“注册为新公司”后，首先需要输入从 AlphaESS 获取的 License。\
如果您尚未获得 License，请联系 AlphaESS 或您的经销商。此外，您也可以点击“想成为 AlphaESS 安装商”查看更多信息。

部分地区的安装商无需预先申请 License。注册完成后系统将自动生成 License，例如澳大利亚。

输入组织 License 后，点击“验证”确认 License 有效性，然后填写相关组织信息，即可进入下一步。

请完善组织详细信息，并在表单填写完成后点击“提交”按钮。系统将引导您进入“注册成功”页面。为完成注册流程，您必须前往注册时填写的邮箱，点击邮件中的“验证”链接以激活账号。

账号激活成功。系统将自动跳转至登录页面，注册流程完成。

### 注册为个人账号

如果您没有 License，可以注册个人账号。但在申请加入公司，或由公司管理员邀请加入之前，无法进行安装或调试。

注册个人账号时，请填写注册信息。

您收到的激活邮件如下图所示（如未在邮箱中找到，请检查垃圾邮件文件夹）。点击邮件中的按钮激活账号，然后返回登录。

请注意：未加入组织的个人账号可使用社区、首页、IM、商城等功能，但无法使用设备安装、线上工单等组织相关功能。

### 加入已有组织

#### 在 Partner App 中加入组织

点击头像，进入“我的”，点击“切换”，再选择“加入组织”。您可以输入组织 License 或扫码加入组织。如已加入多个组织，可在此进行切换。

#### 在 Partner App 中邀请他人加入组织

点击“成员”，然后进入“成员信息”。&#x20;

在此可点击“邀请成员”，复制组织链接，或下载邀请码邀请成员加入组织。通过邀请链接加入的用户将自动成为该组织成员。

#### 在 Partner Portal 中邀请他人加入组织

进入 Partner Portal <https://partner.alphaess.com/> 在成员管理中选择“前往邀请”，复制组织链接或下载邀请码。

您也可以点击“绑定员工”，输入员工信息或 AAT 号绑定该员工。对方同意后即可进入组织。

### 登录并切换组织

当您的账号仅关联一个组织时，登录后系统将自动进入首页。

如果您的账号已加入多个组织，登录时需选择要进入的组织。点击“加入组织”，搜索/扫描组织 License，即可完成相关操作。
