Op de ondersteuningspagina, onder Installatiediensten, kunt u productdocumenten en installatiehandleidingen bekijken, zodat u snel installat informatie kunt raadplegen wanneer dat nodig is.

### Feedback volgen

In "Mijn feedback" kunt u hulp en ondersteuning krijgen. U kunt feedbacktickets starten en bekijken, die drie statussen hebben: "In afwachting", "In behandeling" en "Voltooid". Klik op "Mijn feedback" om de klachten te bekijken die u heeft ingediend. Klik op "Gerelateerde tickets" om feedbacks te zien die met u te maken hebben, inclusief feedbacks waarvoor u kijkrechten heeft.
