# Rollen en rechten

Dit onderdeel is voor grotere organisaties die de installateurs in de Alpha Partner-app willen beheren. Genereer verschillende accounts voor individuen en geef verschillende rechten aan verschillende rollen

Als u een klein installatiebedrijf hebt of alleen werkt, kunt u dit gedeelte overslaan.

### Rollen instellen op het Partner Portal

Als u de beheerder van de organisatie bent, kunt u naar **Partner Portal** (<https://partner.alphaess.com>), selecteer **Rolbeheer**, klik '**Rol toevoegen**' om rollen op maat te maken zoals Technisch Ingenieur en Koerier. Ken aan deze rollen verschillende rechten toe op basis van hun functies. U kunt ook verschillende rollen en rechten aanpassen op basis van uw behoeften.

Ga in het gedeelte Ledenbeheer naast een lid op 'Details bekijken' klikken om naar Ledeninformatie te gaan. Klik op 'Rol instellen' om rollen toe te wijzen en rechten aan leden binnen de organisatie toe te kennen.

### Rollen instellen in de Partner APP

Klik op 'Leden', ga vervolgens naar 'Ledeninfo' waar u op het object kunt klikken waaraan u een rol wilt toewijzen en ga vervolgens naar 'Profiel bewerken'.

Klik op 'Rol' om rollen toe te wijzen. U kunt rollen instellen en rechten aan leden binnen de organisatie toekennen. Een enkel lid kan meerdere rollen hebben. Klik op 'OK' om te bevestigen en de roltoewijzing voor het lid te voltooien.
