Die AlphaESS Partner App ist eine exklusive mobile App, die entwickelt wurde, um Distributoren, Installateurfirmen, Installateuren und anderen Partnern Support zu bieten. Sie bietet individuelle Konten für Administratoren, Installateure und andere Rollen, wie sie von Ihrer Organisation festgelegt werden, unabhängig von der Größe der Organisation. Dadurch entfällt die Notwendigkeit der Kontofreigabe, die Verwaltungsgenauigkeit wird erhöht und Sicherheitsrisiken werden reduziert.\
Die AlphaESS Partner App kann Sie bei Aufgaben wie Installation, Kundendienst und Geräteinbetriebnahme unterstützen. Außerdem bietet die Partner App digitale Dienste, darunter Organisationsverwaltung, Online-Kommunikation, Installationsanleitung und einen Online-Marktplatz.
